Indaka Raigama
GM, South Asia

Indaka Raigama is responsible for the overall operations of Navantis Sri Lanka, an integral part of Navantis Inc. He has over 12 years of experience in the IT industry in multiple regions, including North America, Asia and Japan. Indaka is responsible for the project delivery, R&D and operational execution of the Sri Lankan development centre of Navantis.

Before joining Navantis, Indaka worked for large software services providers in various positions, including key senior roles. His expertise includes project management, corporate management, process improvement, and innovation management. He also has detailed experience with many software projects including complex engagements with different delivery models, multiple cultures, and diverse technologies.   

Indaka holds an Honours Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He also holds a Post Graduate Certification in Executive Management from the Postgraduate Institute of Management, Colombo.
