Blair McGibbon
VP Finance
Mr. McGibbon has extensive experience with high growth companies in the technology industry. Prior to joining Navantis Inc. he held the position of VP Finance with Q9 Networks, a leading provider of internet hosting services. He has also held the position of VP Finance for Xeye Inc., a provider of relationship and wealth management software and was the CFO for CIT Canada Inc. and CIT Egypt Inc., providers of IT consulting services.
Mr. McGibbon's responsibilities as part of the senior management team have included: negotiating and closing equity and debt financings; preparing and presenting detailed business cases and offerings for financings; implementing a financial infrastructure that ensured accurate financial reporting and safeguarding of company assets; preparing and presenting detailed financial packages to both senior management and the board of directors; and supervising all day-to-day finance related activities in the companies in which he has worked.
Mr. McGibbon is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of both Queen's University and McGill University. |
