Navantis works collaboratively with our customers to clearly define the success criteria for any performance testing initiative. Our iterative testing methodology is then employed to effectively interpret the testing data collaboratively with the customer. Finally, the team refractors the testing scenarios until the tests answer your questions. Navantis’ customer focus ensures we deliver both a smooth journey and the results you require from the performance testing engagement.
We offer four key activities in this area:
- Heuristic application walkthroughs, resulting in a comprehensive usability report with a set of recommendations
- Software-based usability testing of a prototype or production system to gather metrics-based information leading to application design improvements
- Video-based usability laboratory studies using carefully selected subjects to determine all aspects of application usability, including physical eye and hand movements
- Focus groups with subject matter experts or project stakeholders to drive usability or design decisions using group feedback
