Navantis Project Centre helps project managers to define and track project schedules, manage documents, track deliverables, handle risks, collaborate with the project team and provide metric based real-time reporting.
Project information roll up to a PMO portal that provides metrics for the entire portfolio. As action items, important tasks, issues and risks reach a critical stage they are automatically highlighted on the PMO portal to seek attention. In addition, project team members are able to see a personalized view of projects, so they can see tasks, issues, etc. that have been assigned to them at a glance.
