Jason Martin

Jason Martin

President of iotum inc.

Jason is President of iotum inc. (www.iotum.com) and Chairman of Graphene 3D Labs (www.graphene3dlab.com). He co-founded Navantis in 1998 and has served on the board since then.

Jason led growth and expansion as President of Navantis for thirteen years. Today it is a global technology services firm. Jason remains a shareholder.

Jason is an active investor and serves the boards of several private companies and early stage businesses in Canada and the US. He advocates for entrepreneurial spirit in young people. He has been an active member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization) since 2004. For many years he has acted as a judge for the Queen’s Entrepreneur’s Competition (www.theqec.com) and a mentor for the Next36 (www.thenext36.ca); he has taught technology strategy at the University of Toronto.

Jason lives with his wife and children in Toronto.

Craig Orenstein

Partner at Hawthorn Equity Partners

Craig joined Hawthorn Equity Partners in July 2007. Previously, he worked within the large corporate credit products group of CIBC World Markets in Toronto from 2002.

At CIBC, Craig spent time in several industry specialty groups and within the specialized structuring and syndication group, responsible for originating, structuring, syndication and managing investment and non-investment grade credit related products for CIBC’s corporate clients.

Prior to CIBC, Craig worked for Putnam Lovell Group in New York in 2001. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, with a concentration in Finance and Management.

Andy Papadopoulos

Andy Papadopoulos

CEO, Navantis

Andy is a dynamic business leader who successfully founded LegendCorp, an award-winning Microsoft Gold Certified Partner. When LegendCorp merged with Navantis in April 2009, Andy joined the Navantis management team and became a member of the Navantis Board of Directors. In this capacity he has been a major contributor to the strategies and business plans that have fueled Navantis’ rapid growth and market success over the past few years.

Prior to his role as CEO, Andy led the Security, Infrastructure and Unified Messaging business groups at Navantis where he was responsible for thought leadership and strategy. He worked directly with clients to build their IT strategy and maximize their Microsoft investments, which often led to new standards.

Andy sits on the Microsoft Partner Advisory Council in Redmond and a position as a Microsoft Virtual TS (Technology Specialist).
