ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES/ ENGAGEMENT MANAGEMENT
THE POSITION
The Account Director, Client Services/Engagement Management is the senior client representative of outsourced production and project delivery services to one or more clients. The successful candidate will be capable of managing complex services engagements paired with demonstrable strategic business acumen.
The role requires a solid understanding of Microsoft technology, experience in the delivery of both operational services and strategic projects to customers and exceptional staff management skills for local, on-site and off-shore resource models.
The Account Director, Client Services/Engagement Manager has a passion for the customer which is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience. The key driver to the successful customer engagement is the creation of an environment of teamwork, objectives and recognition of the services team.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
Build delivery expertise and deep account knowledge including major industry and business challenges, business strategy decision-making processes and an understanding of how our core competencies align with challenges that the customer is facing.
Provide leadership to Navantis client team members through team management, building appropriate team structures, providing coaching and guidance on delivery and process practices and inspiring team culture.
Develop achievable account plans and tracking of performance for customers. Your activities will include regular account reviews, executive presentations and careful oversight and escalation of customer satisfaction issues.
Engage with client representatives to uncover opportunities for organic growth within the client base and service offering. Lead proposal/contract creation and deliver articulate and effective strategic presentations to audiences of all sizes.
Support and participate in the development of company processes and requirements for team or project management and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Business, computer science or engineering degree
- 10 years relevant working experience including expertise in project and consulting management.
- 3-5 years experience in team leadership and development
- Experience working in a consultancy or client services experience
- Large enterprise account strategy responsibility with a proven record or performance.
- Domain expertise with strategic staffing services or outsourced solutions and literacy with web and/or workflow-based technologies and tools.
