Michelle Hamaoki
VP, Client Services and Operations
Michelle is a creative, results-oriented executive with over 16 years experience enabling organizations through process and technology to drive business results. Specializing in client services, Michelle is responsible for leading our solution offerings in production support, application maintenance and development operations.
Prior to Navantis, Michelle worked for Wunderman, one of the largest, most experienced global marketing services networks in the world as the VP, CRM Solutions and Intelligence. Michelle was responsible for the creation and growth of a data driven client services offering for direct marketing clients. Utilizing technology, she lead the delivery of consulting services, development of turnkey CRM database solutions and marketing analytics.
Michelle’s previous experience includes progressive positions at BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting as a management consultant leading CRM, datawarehousing and business intelligence engagements for the Consumer, Industrial and Technology practices. She also spent 6 years as a contracts and management analyst for an industrial process supplies company. Michelle studied Marketing Management and Advertising at British Columbia Institute of Technology.
