The early years are critical to childhood development. The Ontario Government's Ministry of Community, Family and Children's Services created Early Learning Centres across the province to help parents and caregivers give children a good head start in life. Each centre has a website to facilitate their efforts and enable parents and caregivers to access valuable information, and maximize the centres' resources.

Navantis developed a self-service enabling framework for the Ontario Early Years Centres using Microsoft Content Management ServerŪ (CMS).
